The conference hotel is offering a special conference accommodation rate for those who wish to stay and attend the conference. The fee for the three day conference includes 3 times a buffet style breakfast, lunch, teas and coffees. So no need to book for breakfast during those 3 days.

Room rates are per night and are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Breakfast is not included in those rates, however a buffet style breakfast is being offered during the 3 conference days. All rooms are subject to thirteen percent (13%) Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and 2.66% Destination Marketing Program (DMP) charge plus HST. Tax subject to change.

Note that the final guestroom release date is Thursday, September 20th, 2018. The Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport Hotel will accept reservations after the aforementioned date, on a space available basis, however, guests may not benefit any more from the contracted special congress rate and rates might then be subject to change.

We would like you to understand that “Oud Consultancy” as the conference organizer has made a major commitment to the Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport Hotel in order to secure a large block of quality hotel rooms at a very competitive price. Oud Consultancy as the conference organizer is more or less legally bound to fill these rooms. Not to do so has severe financial implications for the organization of the conference and might affect its negotiations and your costs for future conferences.
